Despite what many diets and diet food products purport, the food we eat and our body shapes are not our enemies. They are just the opposite. Food is our fuel source for life. Our bodies are the vehicles by which we live.
All foods fit in a balanced, moderate, and varied diet. It is important to look at the relationships we have developed regarding nutrition, food and our bodies. With curiosity, compassion, and openness, we can move from a food-and-body-focused existence to one of loving kindness and gratitude.
Whether your meals are too little or too much, or it feels like your foods are working against you, a vibrant life is within reach. We work with individuals of all ages to reach their unique wellness goals. We are dietitians who provide one-on-one nutritional counseling for individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, ASD, heart disease, PCOS, and much more.
If you are looking to make dietary changes and desire a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment, please contact us to see how we can work together.
At Taste of Life, we are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN), which means that we have completed at minimum a 4-year bachelors degrees in nutrition, have completed an intensive and competitive dietetic internship, have passed a comprehensive registration exam, and maintain continuing education to stay on top of the ever changing nutrition trends. Choosing to work with a dietitian is choosing to work with an expert in the field of nutrition!
