The Taste of Life Body Relationship Group is a closed group created to explore your relationship with your body and the bodies around you. Through the implementation of spiritual practices, mindfulness activities, group support, and independent assignments, we will explore the concept of embodiment and help you move towards an accepting and compassionate relationship with your body.
RO DBT is a therapeutic modality designed to help people who struggle with overcontrol, which can lead to difficulties in relationships, flexibility, and well-being. It focuses on cultivating openness and social connectedness to support building a life worth sharing.
The RO DBT skills class teaches tools to help you feel more connected to others, become more flexible in how you respond to situations, and express your emotions in healthy, open ways. You’ll learn skills in areas like mindfulness, emotional expression, social signaling, flexibility and openness, and self-enquiry. The class is structured, supportive, and focuses on practicing these skills in everyday life to help you feel more connected, less lonely, and more emotionally grounded.
